An architectural painting challenge

I had always been fascinated by the Unisphere, a 12-story high, stainless steel representation of the Earth, built in Queens, New York City for the 1964 World's Fair. I decided to paint it in an early morning scene, which added a tremendous amount of depth as the sun rose and lit it from one direction.
